for n ...

i never understood why garfield hated mondays. it was so obscure to me. growing up in a muslim country, monday was the second day of the school week, and i was continually confused by the fat cat's despisal of that day. why on earth would he hate mondays? i mean, why not tuesdays or wednesdays for that matter? for me, sunday was the first day of the week and i hated it cuz it came after the week-end. and it took yeeears before i got garfield's gripe.

I don't like Mondays in Montreal because I stay at home ALL weekend, which I love, and Mondays are the first time I see the city again. On Mondays I get to see everything I missed out on over the weekend all condensed into the splotchy vomit-covered sidewalks of the city--especially around Sherbrooke near and throughout the McGill campus/ghetto, for obvious reasons. These remnants of a weekend well-wasted always make me feel sorry for the people whose job it is to clean the streets, and they remind me of the sloppy people who left behind their Friday and Saturday night dinners on les trottoires.

You have to express more your opinion to attract more readers, because just a video or plain text without any personal approach is not that valuable. But it is just form my point of view
